This collection of connections involved Molli from the University of Reading linking Clear Sky Studios’ Chris Mitchell with another one of our members – Reading MENCAP.  Chris then brought in another of our SME businesses, Glorifico, collaborating with their founder Dean Jones to help create a Christmas EP.

A Chorus of Connection

After the successful release of the Reading MENCAP EP which Dean and Chris worked on, MENCAP again reached out to Chris for support. This time it was regarding their Anniversary Celebration. Chris was able to connect them with a local choir director, and also ensured the link with (more Connect Reading  Members!) Reading Minster – where the event was held – ran smoothly

The Impact

• Two experienced musicians and musical directors used their skills to support a local charity
• Dean and Chris’ collaborative approach helped deliver a Christmas EP to raise funds for Reading MENCAP
• Chris caught the #connection bug and initiated another member connection with Reading Minster
