Reading Green Wellbeing Network are a network of local providers delivering Green Care and nature-based interventions to people with a wide range of needs in and around Reading. Our members include community gardens, nature-based creatives, and horticultural therapy groups. We share information, skills and experience to help each other and ultimately all the people who come to our spaces.

What we do
We offer expertise in how to use active time in nature/gardening to improve health and wellbeing, and opportunites to engage with nature in a variety of creative ways. We have resources and information to support organisations and individuals.
Why we became a member
Because collaboration is the name of the game! We are an umbrella group of organisations who believe that working together benefits us all, so it is natural for us to want to connect with other local organisations.
Who we would like to connect with
We want to build understanding that our connection to nature is good for our wellbeing, whether in the workplace, in the community or in our individual lives. And of course we hope to find ways to work with partners to improve health and wellbeing through gardening and nature.
